Folks...in Siesta Key now down on Commonwealth at a rental home and see that parking is not an option now as the lots are full at the beach etc....what time do the fireworks start..I%26#39;m guessing sunset? We are going to walk down I guess...are you aloud to bring a cooler with ';happy drinks'; and chairs or are we out of luck at this stage as people are camped out there for tonight%26#39;s festivities? Your urgent response is very much appreciated :-)

The fireworks go off at 9 PM. The party starts all day long. The lots were full before 11 AM.
There is no smoking allowed on the beach.

In cases like this, you might consider buying a local paper...as the response is quite a lot quicker than TA (nothing against TA, just the nature of the beast) -- and you could be headed to the beach instead of clicking ';refresh'; for 90 minutes.
