travel from Universal to WDW

Hi!

I just wondered if anyone could tell me how easy it is to get from Universal to WDW and back without a car?

Thanks!

Can be done by LYNX bus. There are three different ways to do it. Below is one way; probably the easiest. Note that bus drivers are generally **very good and helpful** when you need directions.

Bus 37 from Universal (stop is right at the bottom of the escalator down from the bridge which leads from CityWalk to the car parks). Runs every 30 minutes. Destination should read Florida Mall.

This service stops at just one bus stop on International Drive. Alight here - ask the driver where it is. It will take only a few minutes to get there.

Cross the street and take bus no 8 southbound (they are very 10-15 minutes; destination is Premium Outlets; note that bus 42 also serves the same stop with the same destination, but follows a slightly different route - so, don%26#39;t!). Alight at a stop in the area of Sea World. Tell the driver you intend to catch a no.50 to Disney, and he%26#39;ll tell you where to get off. This trip will take about 20-25 minutes.

From the same stop as you get off, take no.50 (Magic Kingdom). No.50 runs every 30 minutes.

No. 50 calls first at DownTown Disney (15-20 minutes); get off here for DownTown Disney (obviously) or for a Disney **resort**. Take WDW%26#39;s own bus to a resort.

For Disney **attractions** stay on the 50 until the terminus at Disney%26#39;s Transportation and Ticket Center (another 15 minutes). This is the hub for all WDW%26#39;s attraction transports - boats, buses and monorails.

It costs $1.75 each person each way (no change given); you only pay once even if catch three buses; ask for a ';transfer'; (ticket) when you pay; use this to complete your journey.

The service frequencies I%26#39;ve given above are weekday daytime frequencies. The 50 runs the same times and frequency all day 7 days a week (every 30 minutes until after 11pm); the 37 and 8 frequencies vary later on and at weekends. You can download schedules for all these at www.golynx.com to help plan a trip and minimise wait time.

You would be travelling for at least an hour if you use the lynx bus...the best way to do it via taxi but it would cost - around $72 for a round trip...not bad if theres a few of you though...
