any hilton or marriott

If you could choose any of the hotels in these chains, which would you choose. we would like to be on the beach (we have a three year old, who loves the sand) don%26#39;t mind where flying into tampa and hiring a car. really good restaurants near would be great.

Hilton Clearwater Beach. This hotel is in the best location on the beach IMO. Private balconies overlooking the water and one of the best beaches in FL. Easy 40 minute drive from Tampa airport. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. There is a Marriott on Sand Key which is just South of Clearwater Beach, but it is on the bay no the gulf/beach like the Hilton.

I would agree with MarkBee. I%26#39;ve never stayed at that Hilton, but recently stayed at the Sandpearl which is next door. It%26#39;s a good location and the Hilton looks to be a pretty nice hotel. The Sandpearl next door also has a nice restaurant.
