Best Florida dive site?

My family (all certified divers) would like to go to Florida to dive over Thanksgiving.

The specific questions I need answered are:

1. Is Florida okay to dive (not too cold) in November.

2. If it is okay to dive- where is the best place to go?

3. When we get there-who is the best dive operator to dive with? Preferably a small,fast boat and offers night dives.....

and-lastly, if there is somewhere else other than Florida (stateside) that anyone can suggest we would appreciate that too.

Best Florida dive site?

The keys are probably your best bet for diving at that time of year. You may want to wear a wet suit as the water may be a little chilly especially for a night dive. Check the keys forum for info as there are lots of recommendations for dive companies on there. I don%26#39;t think there are any other states that have a reef system like we do for diving. Possibly California would have to interesting diving locations, probably around Baja.

Also if you are going to the keys at Thanksgiving you will want to book soon as motels fill up fast, especially Key West.
