What can you tell me about the paradise retreat subdivision?

I am checking into houses to rent for a vacation this summer. We stayed in a house that we loved last year, but are thinking of a different one this year (always good to try something new). One that we are considering is in the ';new paradise retreat subdivison'; in Mirimar Beach. It is supposed to be near Maravilla Drive and be near Captain Dave%26#39;s.

Does anyone know about this subdivision? How is the beach around that area? Is it a busier or quieter area?
