If you are refering to the Nick Studios at Universal Orlando, they no longer do any taping there on a regular basis.

When you go to Universal you can sometimes get a schedule of what%26#39;s going on at Nick that day. If something is being taped (I guess they don%26#39;t do it much anymore), you just show up at the appointed time. My kids in the past were in the audience of Slimetime Live, also on some variety show type thing whose name escapes me, but I remember it was done outside. Even if you aren%26#39;t there at the right time, you can still take the Nick tour and that is fun for kids.

At Univeral Studios to the left when you first walk in is Nickelodeon Studios. They have a show called Nick Live about 4 times a day. You go in to the actual set that Slime Time Live is taped on. You volunteer during the show and if the host picks you, you will get slimed. It%26#39;s a really fun show to watch, about 15 minutes long. The show is not taped and shown on Nickelodeon or anything. And its not so much a show, it;s more an interactive game with the audience. But, yes, if your child gets picked from the host they will either get a pie in the face or slimed. Have fun!

Does anyone know why they stopped doing the shows and the sliming at Nick? We were disappointd when we went over to that area a few years back and it was closed down.
