Happy 4th to you, too, Sunny, and all other friends here on the Sanibel forum!! Anyone spending the 4th on Sanibel/Captiva is totally lucky!

Happy 4th of July!!!

I am HERE now!! And was here for the 4th of July. We went to the parade and the kids had a GREAT time catching candy, coolie cups, yo-yo%26#39;s, and all kinds of other stuff that the people on the floats threw at us! We went the Dunes Gold Course at night and saw the fireworks and they were absolutely spectacular. Took pictures of dolphins this morning, very close to the shore...magical : ). My daughters (ages 5 and 7) are having a great time gathering shells. We have eaten at Island Cow, Hungry Heron, and Island Pizza today...all delish. We are having a great time, and we loved being here on the 4th :).
