I don%26#39;t think Amelia Island ever gets crowded in the true sense of the word.

';uncongested'; is such a relative term. Lots of vacation rentals in Amelia Island Plantation, but that is high density resort complex. Single family houses mostly in city limits of Fernandina Beach along the beach, but not that many rentals. In any event, certainly not a Myrtle Beach or Panama City Beach.

Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island isn%26#39;t the huge spring break destination of a Daytona Beach on the Atlantic or Panama City Beach on the Gulf. Hope this has been of help.
