** which parades/fireworks are a must at disney **

Okay,

which fireworks are a must see? here is the thing. Going in Sept, and don%26#39;t have a lot of time. I am afraid we will miss a good fireworks show.

Sept 9th - HS, and dinner at Ohana%26#39;s at 9:40

Sept 10th - Ak, and dinner at Jiko%26#39;s at 6:20

Sept 11th - MK, and dinner in MK at 7:30

Sept 12th - Epcot and dinner in epcot at 9:00

Now we don%26#39;t have any kids, so that is a plus not having to worry about catching every single parade.

I prefer night parades. I love firework shows.

I think I am going to miss the fireworks at HS I believe it is called spectromagic, because the park will be closed by the time I get finished dining.

I may have to buy the park hopper to catch the fireworks, also, my dinner reservations is the same time as epcot fireworks. Ahhh.

Please help.

No doubt in my mind the best firework show is ';Wishes'; at the Magic Kingdom. Stand on Main St facing the Castle, It will be crowded but worth it.

i think in epcot you might still be able to see the firworks, the best one is in the magic kindom, but mgm as it was called has a good show aswell, youwill be better getting a hoper as well, as some aprks dont take that much time where, others like mk will take alot of your time.

If you absolutely have to skip a night time show, skip Illuminations at Epcot, but be sure to see Wishes (true fireworks) at M.K. and Fantasmic (great multi-media show with fireworks) at Hollywood Studios.

I also prefer the night parades, but really Spectromagic at M.K. is the only true parade at night.

ok the first thing that jumps out at me is your epcot day sept 12th. illuminations is often rated as the best fireworks display in disney and its on at 9pm! right when you are eating! so can you have an earlier dinner?? unless you are eating at the rose and crown in which case you will have a fantastic view!

on your mk day i would also try and reschedule your dinner because spectromagic (note its in mk and not hs!!) is at 8pm and wishes fireworks are at 9pm so you will miss the parade if you are eating at 7.30.

if you managed to take in illuminations, spectromagic and wishes then you will be seeing the best fireworks and one of the best parades!

fantasmic is also an amazing night time show at hs but again it overlaps with your dinner plans. its on at 8.30pm and your eating at ohana%26#39;s 9.40pm. i would really try to reschedule your meals or you run the risl of missing everything!

even with a park hopper im struggling to see how you could make a show in another park based on your meal times! i think i gave you the link to this calendar yest but here it is again in case it was someone else. i find it invaluable when im planning!

if you could make your reservation at ohanas earlier you will be able to take in both the electric water pageant (approx 9.40pm) and wishes fireworks (10pm)at mk from the beach at the poly which is fantastic as you have a superb view away from the crowds.

maybe hop over to epcot after jiko%26#39;s for illuminations (pushing it a little bit though i think)

Only two are absolutes! Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios and Firesworks at Magic Kingdom! As far as parades the electric one at MK before Fireworks is good!

wishes at mk is also my personal favourite but there have been many debates on here were illuminations has emerged a clear favourite! you specifically say you love fireworks so i would be more inclined to sneak in wishes and illuminations and skip fantasmic (although it is also spectacular!)

I was just thinkin . . . if i get the park hopper, and leave AK on the 11th, and then go to Jiko and after leaving jiko go to HS and catch Fastasmic fireworks.

Then on the last day I could try to see if they have someone to cancel their dining reservation around the 7:30 or 7:00 hour and if i get seated, then it would allow me to be free for the epcot fireworks.

I could also call and see if there is a earlier time to eat at MK. You all think I would be okay eating at 6:00 instead of 7:30. I don%26#39;t really wanna eat dinner before 6:00.
