Check out Homewood Suites under the Orlando T.A. page. They are not in Kissimmee, but have shuttles to all parks and believe they have kitchettes as well.
Very highly rated on T.A. as well.

Why not check out Caribe Cove - it%26#39;d brand new so is offering good deals, has enormous condos, shuttles to Disney, Universal and Sea World and has great reviews on TA.

I have just e-mailed Caribe Cove and they do not offer shuttles to the parks for free, they offer transfers through a 3rd party for a fee.
