Monarch or Virgin?

pay the extra and upgrade with monarch, more leg room, luggage allowance etc

Hi,

we have just returned from orlando with monarch, I will NEVER fly long haul with them again, we were 4hrs delayed going out from manchester %26amp; 3.5 hrs delayed coming home from orlando, all thomas cook, xl, virgin, were on time, ALL monarch flights were delayed, we were in economy, but the premier seats are just the first 6 rows %26amp; they didn%26#39;t get digiboxes going out cause they had no batteries.

I%26#39;ve never flown with Virgin, but will do next time.

Definately Virgin...much better.....could possibly do Monarch with a premium seat but that will cost you more.....

have done both and hands down Virgin

Flew the fisrt time with Monarch and five times with Virgin since plus flying with virgin again in nov hope this helps

Is this a trick question?

Only if you fly BA.

i would choose virgin. i%26#39;ve flown monarch, but they weren%26#39;t bad. i wouldnt pay the extra and upgrade with them BUT i would pay the extra and ask to sit in the emergency exit seats. much more legroom than you would get with the upgrade and just a more comfy flight in general! However, on virgin i do think the service, food and in-flight entertainment is second to none!

Virgin, without hesitation. Monarch%26#39;s economy seating is just about big enough for ann bolyn, in kit form!
