Accommodations HELP, please!

My 20 year old daughter and I are travelling to Siesta Keys in early August. I have read a few topics and am even more overwhelmed and need help making a decision. We are coming for the beach. A view of the gulf is important when we are in our room and we want to stay on the beach. I found the following places and would love some input....Tropical Breeze Reort %26amp; Spa. Crescent Towers seems to have great beachfront but the construction noise scares me. Does anyone know if you can hear the noise from the beach? Sandbox on the Beach looks OK but only the studio is available. Lastly, Sea Crest Apartments.

If anyone has an opinion, I be happy to read it. Thanks in advance.

Accommodations HELP, please!

Just so you know, Seacrest only has a few units with a beach view, most are on the side of the building. (Crescent Towers is right next door). This place gets great reviews and looked really nice, and in fact I stopped in to check availability for Spring Break, but if a view is critical, unless you get the front units, you will not get that. Check their website to see a layout of their property. I am not familiar with any other of the properties you listed.

You have already read about Sea Crest, so I won%26#39;t have to explain. Good place to stay.

Tropical Breeze is not on Crescent Beach. It is near Siesta Village. I don%26#39;t think they have beachfront units. There are reviews under the ';Hotel'; section.

Crescent Towers has been reviewed here. Great place.

A studio at Sandbox is not practical for a mother/daughter.

You don%26#39;t mention how many days you plan on staying.

If you%26#39;re going to be here for 3 nights or more, you should look at the Palm Bay Club. This condo was also discussed on this forum a few posts ago. Beachfront units.

Sea Club V, Crystal Sands, Midnight Cove-Gulfside,

and Jamaica Royale all are good too.

What is your budget for this trip? How many nights?

I am happy to have the information regarding the Sandbox. We were really leaning towards it. We will be there for 4 nights and would like to keep it at around $200 a night which includes taxes and fees.
