Prices are on the Disney website, they get booked up way in advance I believe. We did breakfast with Mickey, Donald etc in Animal Kingdom for around $90 for family of 4, booked day before but availability was VERY limited and think we got lucky. (were there 2 weeks in June)Also we felt kind of hussled out after characters had gone so next lot could get in. Much preferred Spiderman breakfast in Universal, not so widely advertised and Spidey stays in restaurant for whole time and talks to every table for a good 5/10 minutes. Also Cat in the hat and the Things are there. Was around $80 and there seemed to be no rush to get us out. You can book at guest services at Islands of Adventure. Hope this is helpful.
