Trying to make our minds up between staying at one of the above places when we visit in December. Normally we stay at Disney but this is our first try at a %26#39;home with a pool%26#39;! We will be doing the normal disney parks and univeral and wondered which one you would recommend. Any advice would be welcome.
Lake Berkley or Windsor Hills?
Not familiar with Lake Berkley, but Windsor Hills gets great reviews and is very close to Disney.

We are just back 5 weeks from Lake Berkley.
It is just off 192 behind Medeval Times and Wal Mart.
Lake Berkley is a gated community with security at the gate. You are issued with a pass when you arrive and you have to display it every time to get back in. the guards were friendly and always acknowledged you each time you passed.
The area is excellent, clean and tidy. Ground maintenance staff decend on the are twice a week to keep it nice. There is a lake to walk around with a beach and a pier to fish from.
The location is excellent and the travel times to the attractions is great.
Downtown Disney is about 15 min and Universal about 25 min.
I would strongly recommend it and we would love to go back again.
