Staying at Disney resort-plan a day for Universal/IOA too?

Hi all,

We%26#39;re staying at Saratoga Springs for 10 days in Oct. After being on this forum, I%26#39;ve been rethinking our Disney-only itinerary. Should we take a day or 2 to visit Universal and/or IOA? We would have to take a cab since we are planning to use the Disney buses. We also have a 4 y/o and a 19 mos old.

I guess I%26#39;m just asking if any of you think it would be worth spending the extra money for that since we have 2 little guys. Is there a lot of things offered for kids their ages?

universal don%26#39;t have much rides for little kids it is mostly gear for older children so you might want to wait until the children are older you might want to try to go to seaworld the will love it i hope this help

There is not too much for such young kids. Your kids could mostly do only play areas and shows, almost no rides. If you had longer I would recommend a day at Universal, however with only 10 days you%26#39;d be better spending time at other parks.

If you want to do a park other than Disney, I highly recommend SeaWorld.

I agree, wait til the kids are older to visit Universal. You will fill those 10 days up in no time with just the Disney Parks :)

Seems like the smart thing to do would be to just do Disney this trip. Our next trip will be in Jan, so maybe we should try to visit Seaworld then... and sounds like Universal will have to wait a few years. That%26#39;s okay... we love Disney!
