Christmas Decorations and The Osborne Family Lights

Does anyone know when the Christmas decorations are taken down at Disney and the final showing of the Osborne lights? We will be arriving in Florida on New Years Eve but won%26#39;t be going to the parks until about 2nd January, will that be too late?

We went 2007 on January 4, and they were still up for a few days after we arrived. Here is the link to the Disney site that has the dates of all special events throughout the year. It looks like they are up through Jan 4 of 2009.

Yes, it%26#39;s very much worth the effort to go see the Osborne lights before they end.

I saw it for the first time last year and loved it.

hi all i have my Disney tickets do i have to buy more for the Osborne lights or mickeys merry Christmas

You have to buy extra tickets for the Mickey%26#39;s Xmas Party nights at Magic Kingdom.

The Osborne lights are done on the backlot streets of Hollywood Studios, so only admission to the theme park is needed for this show.

Yes, they stop the Xmas party nights before the ';huge'; crowds of Xmas week arrives.

The party nights are only done during the ';smaller crowd'; weeks.

Very sorry you will miss it, but you%26#39;ll still get your share of Disney holiday magic even without the Xmas party.
